Are you waiting for physical vouchers or amazon e-codes?
    £2 Savers Club 2011 (putting towards a deposit :)) - £588
  • I am waiting for £15 worth of Amazon e-vouchers. I requested them on 02/02, so the 8 weeks was up on Wednesday just gone. I emailed them this morning and this is the response I got....

[FONT=&quot]"Due to unforeseen circumstances there have been delays in the delivery of all vouchers. Unfortunately we cannot give an exact date as to when the vouchers will be sent because we are yet to receive the vouchers from the suppliers. Once we receive the vouchers we will send them straight onto you.
We assure you that we are doing our best to get your voucher sent to you as soon as possible and we hope that you enjoy spending your voucher once received."

Not very happy, especially as it's an e-voucher, not sure why it takes 8 weeks anyway. Also I redeemed some My Survey points last night and I got an email about 3 minutes later with my £10 Amazon e-voucher.

I nearly have enough points for another £15 from Toluna but think it might be wise to not bother with Toluna anymore...

It does not matter what sort of voucher it is, it still takes ages as I know from my experience with toluna. I am with mysurvey as well and I also get the e voucher almost straightaway into my inbox. Toluna take a note!!!!!

Apart from the 2010 vouchers that still have not appeared, the Jan 2011 one should have come by now but that's not even showing as processed yet so emailed them about this as a separate query and no response, as per usual.... Just typical customer service from toluna!!!!!

And the reply you got.... well, I was told a week ago that the next lot is going out in April - so fingers crossed for us all who are owed all these vouchers, nevermind those from 2011 but the 2010 would be nice to receive at last!!!!
p.s. Has anyone read the t&c regarding the 6month rule on vouchers? I hope they are somehow not!!!! trying to pull this one on us!!!!!

The reason for vouchers being sent out so slowly is entirely down to Toluna - it is their decision - presumably because of cash flow - most businesses try to pay suppliers as slowly as possible
  • I' am awaiting a Love2Shop voucher from December and it said it was proccessed, however, I got this reply:-
    Dear Member,

Thank you very muck for your feedback.

I fully understand your concern in relation to the vouchers requested in December. I confirm you that the December batch of vouchers has not been sent out yet, even though the payment status is marked as "Processed" in "Your Vouchers" section.

I know that the original 8-week delay has been surpassed, therefore I send you our sincere apologies. The hold up in dispatching this lot of gift certificates has been caused by some unanticipated situations; the reasons why we could not send them earlier are soundly based and I rely upon your empathy in this respect. Our rewards department told us that we are currently waiting for the deliveries of paper vouchers so that we can then send them to you.

We fully understand that you work hard to earn your vouchers and we assure you that we will be dispatching all outstanding vouchers as soon as we possibly can. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and we hope that you enjoy spending your voucher once received.

Thank you for understanding and bearing with us!

    Best regards,
    Ann Dane

Well, how interesting... everyone seems to be getting different excuses...

Here you go, this is the latest response from them to me - in short they now apparently sent the vouchers but there was no house number - apparently ... yeah right, full address in my account and vouchers from them to my full address before... and so apparently the vouchers got lost somewhere... like it's my fault they are flipping useless and dishonest ... honestly, what a load of ykwim...
Once I get all my vouchers, I am out!!!!! Had enough!!!!
Sorry, but I am blooming furious now....

If the problem with the vouchers is with Love2Shop, I'm surprised they still use them. Given that Love2shop is a big company, I'm certain the problem is at Toluna's end.
