:shocked::shocked:Here is the latest response about my missing vouchers. I sent a email this morning about my missing October £15 voucher and December £30 voucher. My December voucher was processed on 15 February 2011 and my October voucher was processed on the 15 October 2010. Their response is as follows:

My December voucher have not been sent to you yet, though they show as processed - there as been a glitch in the system but we know that you have not been sent these so we will be sending them soon. As for the October voucher it should have arrived, as it was sent on the 8th November 2010 therefore I will add your details to the re-claim file and we will get another one sent to you soon.

Basically was asked to confirm my address and apparently was added to the list of people who are in the same boat as me, they are re-issuing the vouchers so it might take a while before they eventually arrive. Not impressed tbh!!!!

Also, finally was able to redeem the email code for a £10 voucher that I got as a reward for the Garnier survey, gosh what a performance.... But the voucher is on its way, at last!!!!

I got exactly the same reply, i've been added to the list as well, wonder how long this list is??

Further to my previous gripe, I've had a couple of emails from Toluna asking me to join (and complete 3 surveys) for a chance to win an ipad2... seems odd sending that to someone who's already a member..

Am I missing something? Can 'old' members have a chance at this too..?
Perhaps it's the prize draw I referred to before.. we can spend our points for a chance to win the ipad2.. right..?

I'm an ex-member (and glad of it) and I've got that email too.

I sent a query on the 8th March through their online contact system and have heard nothing back. Waiting on 4 vouchers now (redeemed in November, December, January and March)

Not surprised they don't dare give a phone number to contact them on their website.
