Thanks for that. Didn't realise! I've got a note (obviously now outdated) on my PC that they expire after 2 years.
I can see that you can go quite far back in your account to see how old points are, but how do you use those old points? Is it just a case that if you 'spend' some points (on tickets, as you say) that it's the oldest ones they use..
The T&Cs changed recently, I skimmed through them and noticed the 16 month expiry.
If you "spend" they take the oldest points first.
I don't do loads with them but average a £15 voucher about every 2 months0 -
Has anyone else just completed the 45,000 survey? I completed both parts but not sure I'm gonna get the points... hope I do0

I can't see many people doing it as using works computers for this would be breaching alot of company IT usage policies.
What questions do they ask that requires the need to be at work to take the survey anyway?Survey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £5740 -

I managed to complete the first half of the survey yesterday lunch time quite quickly and qualified for the second part. This involved downloading a program to the computer, needless to say I didn't bother!0 -

A surefire breach of company IT policy, 45000 points and fired. really worth the risk for a £10 worth of points?
I guess the marketing company must be living in a different world. No company is gonna have such lax IT to allow a 3rd party, probable tracking software onto their system.Survey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £5740 -
I am so cross with Toluna at the moment! They have owed me x5 £15 Love2shop vouchers since October. I have sent 6 emails and I barely ever get a response. The response I did get first informed me that my vouchers had been seen but to the wrong address which was apparently a made up address by the admin team and not the one provided in my account. They then informed me that even though it was their fault they would not be resending the vouchers as I had two accounts which is a breech of their terms. When I replied back to inform them I only have two accounts because they took over Ciao (another survey site I was using) and they automatically transferred my account creating two accounts I never heard from them again. When the takeover happened I sent them a message trying to merge my accounts they once again never responded so I do not see that this is a fraudulent action on my part just very bad customer service on theirs. I would suggest to everyone who uses this site only to get Amazon vouchers as a reward, that way they can't pretend they have sent your vouchers when I very much suspect they haven't. Interesting that the only time I received a direct reply from Toluna was when I mentioned taking them to the small claims court. If/when their vouchers do turn up they are always approx 4 weeks after the stated date but at least they do turn up usually. I have spent hours completing their surveys and I'm not about to walk away without my vouchers. In fact I am now going to spend all my free hours making sure that people know just how awful this site is. If you think this is a limited problem I suggest that you type Toluna into their own search on their site and look at the huge number of complaints from members there, many who have had very similar problems as me. When I posted my grievance onto the Toluna website miraculously my post was removed within 30 minutes and there is still no contact. I use lots of other survey sites which I am very happy with I suggest if you want a good service you look elsewhere!0

lauraepalmer - I really sympathise with you.
I am still waiting/ given up more like.... on vouchers from October and December 2010, sent numerous emails to Toluna with no replies to the last month's emails. Months of work, months of waiting for the vouchers and now the 60 squids worth is probably never gonna happen.:sad:Art is a life-saving device.

But that could still be breaching the policy as you are allowing other software that you don't know for sure what it does onto your computer which contains company files.Survey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £5740 -
