I have been having problems with them since last year. I tried to claim my rewards as far back as September thinking the vouchers would help with Christmas. Some hopes! I have emailed them loads of times and I either get an automated reply that they will look into it, most of the time I dont even get a reply. I have got some of the problems that someone else mentioned about only having 3 reward options and then my account defaultig to the US site and then it just says error try later. I have around 109,000 point I am not even sure anymore how much these are worth (can anyone advice). I am not leaving them until I get my rewards and I will keep prestering them. When I final get my rewards I will be leaving them as they are just not worth all the hastle.

suzy £15 of vouchers costs 80,000 points.

Just ordered another set of vouchers this evening so lets see how long it takes these to turn up!
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

It makes you wonder how difficult it is to actually order vouchers and send them out. It's not like France is a million miles away.

Yes I seem to be screening out of most of them lately, and today I can't even tick any of the boxes to do a survey as they don't apply to me... convenient when I'm only 3,000 away from claiming my first voucher!
