I received my recently ordered Love2Shop vouchers today but still haven't received the ones ordered in October!

Are any others still waiting for vouchers ordered more than 4 months ago?

I had emailed previously and Toluna asked me to confirm my address. Haven't heard anything since though.

Ive received my October Love2shop vouchers but neither my November or December vouchers has arrived, im not sure whats going on??

Just checked the points in my account section and the last time the points were credited for my completed surveys was 15/2/10.
I have about 10 surveys showing as project open.Normally as others have posted the points are usually credited to the account within 24 hours.Wonder whats going on?

Same here, looks like their usual level of incompetence has finally reached that section of the site - if it carries on like this I think I'll be finally giving up on them!

Still got no resolution to the lack of email survey invites, although according to them the correct email address is showing up at their end of the system......they claim I must have blocked/marked them as spam.

  • Ha ha ha. That makes me laugh. There are few companies on the planet that would consistently blame the customer whenever things go wrong. Top marks to Toluna for always passing the buck.

Well I'm now on 39,000 points with a few more that may someday clear. Of all the surveys I've done I've only gotten points for a couple, loads I screen out 5-10 minutes in, seems to be like a way to get people to do it without having to pay them.

Think once I finally make it to the 80,000 I'll cash out and shut my account.

  • Just found this on Tolunas blog regarding delay in points being added.

    Dear Members,
Following some of the feedback we received from the Toluna community, we would like to shed some light regarding surveys credited within 24 hours of completion.
Since the implementation of the 24 hour crediting system, the points for less complex surveys have been credited to your account within 24 hours of completion. More complex surveys with higher incentives will be credited within 2-6 weeks of the surveys closure, in accordance with our payment guidelines.
When the “Project Open” status is displayed next to a survey in your account, this means that you completed the survey successfully, but the reward has not been posted yet, as the project is still open and we have to wait until the survey has closed and no new participants have entered. If fewer surveys are now credited within 24 hours this is done to provide our team the chance to thoroughly analyze and review the survey data to ensure that correct and honest member participation has taken place. Please be aware that the complexity of a survey is not always reflected by its value and that the verification process is extremely important to us in order to be sure we reward members for giving their honest opinions.
As a reminder, the “Project Open” status is our guarantee that you will see the points displayed as soon as the survey has closed.
See you soon on the site

  • It seems a lot there is a lot of unhappy members, Toluna has now started cutting back on jokes and junk being posted on the site. Peopla are complaining that they only use the site for chat and jokes. I am guessing they dont get the point toluna is not about jokes and chatting it is about opinions.

Hi, where is the 'project status' link. I can't see it. I've done numerous surveys that so far i have not had any points for. Thanks.

Click on the 'points on your account' link on the home page. The quick survey points are listed at he top of the page, and the completed surveys and prize draw entries listed at the bottom

Its beyond me why companies such as Audi would use such an incompetent company, surely they would do a quick internet search before employing a survey company. Such a search would soon show how inept they are!

Hiya I wonder if any of you would be able to help me please?
I joined toluna not too long ago, and in one of the surveys I was invited to test a product (I accepted of course). I should have received the product last week but it never arrived, and tonight I have received an email thanking me for testing it and asking me to do the survey on the product... what should I do? Thanks.
