This has happended to me before, so i left the survey for a few days and hey presto the Product arrived and i just completed the survey. Give it a few days and see what happens, if nothing arrives e-mail Toluna and see if they bother to respond to you.0 -

Anyone else having problems with toluna tonight? Every time I click on the short sponsored polls it says 'we're sorry you cannot participate in this survey, you must complete your profile and accept to participate in surveys'
