I am not getting my points go on for topics reaching 21 and I put the topics on last week, they normally go on straight away. Is there a problem? or have they changed the rules again?

mmm exactly what I am wondering...never have this problem and typical as I have many surveys waiting for points...currently on 73K too so as soon as the points fo on...new voucher to be ordered

I am on strike i.e not doing any surveys for them until I get all my vouchers through and then I might just quit. The October love2shop vouchers haven't turned up yet, the December ones are now also showing as processed, and after numerous emails mostly no reply or just a standard line referring me to their useless blog - I seriously just had enough with this lot. tbh, I am :mad: ......

Re-points - if you are prepared to bombard them with emails for at least 6-7 months (my experience) then you might just get the points added correctly.

I received my recently ordered Love2Shop vouchers today but still haven't received the ones ordered in October!

Are any others still waiting for vouchers ordered more than 4 months ago?

I had emailed previously and Toluna asked me to confirm my address. Haven't heard anything since though.

Sorry yours have not arrived. I have had all mine for last year upto 26/12/2010.

I checked my Toluna account at the weekend.
The total points i have are 52,000 and 24,000 will expire at the end of the month.
I went to exchange points and was given 3 options which are all for USA.Went to my account and they have me listed as my address living in USA.I changed country to UK and still no difference.Emailed them but still waiting for reply.
I have tested products from them in the past so maybe my account has been transfered/highjacked??????????

Just checked the points in my account section and the last time the points were credited for my completed surveys was 15/2/10.
I have about 10 surveys showing as project open.Normally as others have posted the points are usually credited to the account within 24 hours.Wonder whats going on?

strange about the surveys not going on for a whole week, I have about 10 surveys waiting to go on too.

On further checking my account I notice that since 10/2/11 I have completed several surveys out of which only 3 have have been converted into points and all 3 have been for 1,800 points.
Out of the blue one of the said 1,800 points were added yesterday.
The larger point value surveys are just hanging there showing as project open.
It's odd that they aren't validating the higher in points surveys.
