what did you guys who got the products to test put in as the answers to the 2 questions they ask?

I am talking about getting products from doing surveys.

  • I am on strike i.e not doing any surveys for them until I get all my vouchers through and then I might just quit. The October love2shop vouchers haven't turned up yet, the December ones are now also showing as processed, and after numerous emails mostly no reply or just a standard line referring me to their useless blog - I seriously just had enough with this lot. tbh, I am  ......

Re-points - if you are prepared to bombard them with emails for at least 6-7 months (my experience) then you might just get the points added correctly.

I have just sent Toluna an email about my missing December Love2shop vouchers, then I came on here and see that you are waiting
for them since last October  I thought I could get some goodies for Christmas but I will be lucky if I get them for Easter :D Mine are showing as processed as well.

Right, that's it. My last voucher received, account closed.

Yes, there are plenty of points that can be earned. But Toluna just give far too little for the time they expect you to devote, and they miss too many completed surveys off your points. I can't be bothered with them any more!

I'm still waiting for the juice to turn up for me to test, yet being bombarded with emails telling me to give my opinions on it. I sent them an email via the site saying I haven't got it, but no reply.

  • I am still waiting for the love2shop vouchers from October and December... Emailed Toluna 3 times in the last 2 weeks with no reply.
I've given up tbh but £60 all in all is a lot to lose and not sure what else I can do. Not doing any surveys for them until I get these vouchers.

I am also waiting for a Love 2 Shop voucher from Toluna from December. I contacted them a couple of days ago and in fairness they replied quickly with a very apologetic email. They have said they are awaiting a supply of these paper vouchers - ho-hum!

I haven't done any Toluna surveys since I requested this voucher as the previous one was delayed also, but arrived within a week or so of emailing them so I wanted to make sure this one would arrive.

These issues do tend to put you off and I think I will only be doing Toluna surveys in future if I am extremely bored or desperado! Other survey sites seem to offer better compensation and better screened surveys.

I have been part of toluna since octoberish I think, ordered 3 vouchers, then received one recently, and then another one has been "processed" for a couple of weeks now. They aren't replying to any of my emails, is it worth staying on there any more? I'm not even getting points either, it's so much more frustrating than the other sites I belong to.

And as you Hannah, I haven't received their product!

Obviously I was lucky when I ordered some love2shop on 19 October. They arrived on 10 November!

It was for only one lot = £15 so perhaps they don't like sending out multiples!!!

I got what I presume were my November vouchers at the end of last week so am just waiting in December's as the Jan ones aren't showing as processed yet.
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.
