Consider your selves lucky. Im waiitng on £105 at the moment. £75 Amazon and £30 Love to shop. I cash out about a voucher a week. I generally do about 2 or 3 surveys a day.

Are these the surveys emailed to you, or the ones that you get sent to when you complete some of the sponsored polls? Thanks.

Hi, Im new to this particular thread, and i must saying im absolutely gobsmacked at this situation. I ordered my amazon voucher in november and still it has not arrived after emailing them twice. first reply i was a couple of days before the initial 2 month so nothing they could do (understandable) second one was a week and an half ago, apologising and reassuring me my voucher would be with me shortly......im still waiting. I thought it was just me but some people on here have been waiting longer than me. I wouldnt mind so much but the first amazon i ordered i completely forgot about (ive got a memory like a seive) until i recieved it 7 months after i had actually ordered it. I think im going to make a stand against them by also like many of you, close my account and say goodridence to them.
I never realised how many people volunteered to fill in these somewhat repetative surveys to have to wait months on end for a electronic voucher... sorry for rant im losing patience with toluna :)
dont give up yet, i ordered my amazon voucher on the 3rd dec, i finally got it today, i only realised i'd got it when i checked my account.
wins so far:- absolutely nothing, not even an arguement:mad:

    Dear Member,

Please accept our apologies for the delay in answering your support case. Due to some unforeseen difficulties we have not been able to promptly respond to your request.

Taken into consideration the extended response time, your inquiry originating from October 2010 may have become dated in the meantime, therefore we hope that it has already been solved by now.

Nevertheless, if your inconvenience hasn’t been sorted out yet and it still persists, I kindly ask you to submit a new support case that describes your problem so that we may further assist you. We advise you not to reopen this support case, but to create a new one so that we may deal with your inquiry more quickly.

We apologize for the uncomfortable situation that we might have caused to you. We are really distressed over this and we rely upon your sympathy and your understanding.
We would like to take this opportunity to let you know that we greatly appreciate your input and your membership and our goal is to provide you with excellent service in order to enhance your experience on Toluna.

We are looking forward to hearing from you in case your inquiry is still available.

    I got that too
    Survey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £574
  • I got the same email referring to an October complaint, despite the fact I've now left (I gave up pursuing the owed points).

Sounds like they are aiming to write off a huge backlog of complaints in one go. If you want to pursue unanswered complaints you'll have to start the complaint procedure all over again. :(

    I'm pleased I left.

It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

I'm also waiting for Love2Shop vouchers ordered mid October.
  • I hope your vouchers arrive soon. I e-mailled about 2 weeks ago to ask where they were and then they turned up a week later. I don't know if that is just coincidence.
