I have just received my vouchers ordered in September; that is five months!!! I had emailed them 3 times!!!
I am now awaiting the one that I ordered in November and I have nearly enough points to order another. Oh well, I might get them for next Christmas.

Is anyone else still waiting for Love2 Shop vouchers?

Vouchers ordered mid October, showing 'processed' still haven't arrived.

Does anyone know an email address which Toluna respond to as they don't seem to reply to their online contact?

I am also waiting for 2 love2shop vouchers, ordered in October, showing as processed.
I emailed them at this address as the contact page never works,

I got a reply after 3 days, which was "Sometimes the vouchers can get delayed in the post therefore we ask you kindly to wait a little longer before reporting the missing voucher. We will then investigate further."

So, I am waiting...

Do we only get points on topics that we have started in that particular month? I have topics that have gone over the certain amounts in this month that i made last month but no points?

I wass wondering this aswell.Same reason.But it would be pointless to be able to keep open more than a month if that were the case.Must get the points after the next mark up in that month.


Oh and my profile hasnt been closed.Another stupid glitch.Think they were doing vouchers.

Hi, Im new to this particular thread, and i must saying im absolutely gobsmacked at this situation. I ordered my amazon voucher in november and still it has not arrived after emailing them twice. first reply i was a couple of days before the initial 2 month so nothing they could do (understandable) second one was a week and an half ago, apologising and reassuring me my voucher would be with me shortly......im still waiting. I thought it was just me but some people on here have been waiting longer than me. I wouldnt mind so much but the first amazon i ordered i completely forgot about (ive got a memory like a seive) until i recieved it 7 months after i had actually ordered it. I think im going to make a stand against them by also like many of you, close my account and say goodridence to them.
I never realised how many people volunteered to fill in these somewhat repetative surveys to have to wait months on end for a electronic voucher... sorry for rant im losing patience with toluna
