Does anyone do the surveys which follow on from the short polls on the home page?

Most don't seem to have a survey number, wondering whether anyone received rewards for doing these.

If you complete one of the surveys which follow on from the short polls then it should immediately show towards the bottom of the 'your points' page. It will initally show as open and will then show the number of points once they are added. I have found that the points for such surveys are normally added approx 10pm the same evening but have always been added within 72 hours.

I have not had any problems with not getting the points for these surveys:T

I got 2 sets of love2shop vouchers today £30 i think this is for my Oct has that is showing processed,

At last I received 1 set of Love2shop vouchers ordered being of November no sign of the ones ordered in Jan yet though. Presuming they are working their way through the backlog.
You do wait a long time for vouchers from toluna but the points to get a voucher add up much quicker than some of the other survey sits IMO.

They must have a BIG back log in Jan i earned myself 185,000 points i am now waiting on 6 vouchers and i have not redeemed them points yet. People will get the vouchers they are owned but it will take time. Toluna are slow.

I am on toluna all the time, I try and aim for 3 a month.

Update

October vouchers were dispatched on 31st Jan so these are on their way. :j
November vouchers will be sent out in the next batch which has been ordered and toluna is awaiting the delivery. HTH.

eta: this was a reply from toluna customer service that I received today.
