Toluna's blog states -
'...all payments requested between November 15th and the end of the year will unfortunately be placed on hold. This includes requests for both checks and VIP Gift vouchers. ...We will be returning to our normal payment schedule on January 3, 2011, and all outstanding requests will be processed and mailed at that time.'
This message on their blog doesn't mention Love2Shop vouchers ordered mid October (more than 3 months ago)!
The blog also states that Toluna will be returning to their normal payment schedule on 3 January when all O/S requests will be processed and mailed.
It is now 3 weeks after the date that Toluna promise payments for completed surveys.
It may be acceptable to you Makeandsave, but it isn't to the people who have spent time and trouble completing Toluna's surveys!0 -

I have spent hours and hours like yourself, Moaning about it is not going to make them send them quicker, They have to order the vouchers and because of the back log i am guessing they must have 1000`s of orders from member like you and me. They order the vouchers to France and post from France back to the UK. It would be nice to have them within 6 weeks. Toluna have always been slow but in the end we get the vouchers. If people dont like the fact they are slow then leave toluna and let the rest of us do the surveys and get the points.Jan Wins: .0 -
For Amazon vouchers, that I mostly choose, they email me the voucher numbers. So weather, Christmas. floods are not valid in the excuses they have given me so far!0

True. Toluna have 8 weeks to order the required number of E-vouchers, and they still can't get that right. Shoddy service. To see a world in a grain of sand,

Has anyone been paid for the 80 word opinions lately? I am still new and have been a member for about 1 month and had not noticed any points for them so i done a opinion on then and the first reply is that they have not been paid since Sept and they no longer do 80 replies!!

I know you get 500 points when you get 20 opinion replies, then another 1000 if it goes to 30, well this is what i got tonight had 2 opinion reach target, i think its 100 votes for polls but not sure what you get, i have had some mixed responses on my opinion regarding the 80 words, some have been paid for December others have had nothing for months, will just have to wait and see!!Thrifty Gifty Money Making =£280 Sealed pot challenge 1192 Toluna = 77339 Bingoport = £10 redeemed + 33470

Re vouchers not being issued on time (especially evouchers which do not require posting). I think it's a fair point from 'Make and Save' that people can leave if they are not happy. This is is what I am doing, I've stopped doing surveys while I wait for my last voucher.
But I think it's okay for people to come on here and post about how long the vouchers are taking, often the Toluna blog is not accurate regarding this as we have have seen from peoples experiences. I also think this thread with all the varied experiences would be helpful to read if a person is thinking of joining Toluna.0 -
Ordered amazon voucher 2nd of november and still waiting toluna are pants!!! when i actually recieve my voucher im gone.0

Just to let people know that you get £2.25 cashback for joining Toluna through Quidco :-)
But I have been unimpressed so far. The surveys seem to ask you a lot of questions and then tell you you're not eligable. I spent about 10 minutes on one the other day. I get the feeling they are gathering information without the rewards they promise.
I am going to stick with YouGov. At least they payout what they say they will.Won: Subscription to four four two magazine! A sachet of waterproofing agent for leather (not so excited about that one); BOGOF Greggs coffee, £20 redfoot shoe voucher,
