  • 3360 points is about 70p, if you don't mind spending 2 hours for that then good luck to you.
    I am STILL waiting for my outstanding points from July. They've stopped replying to my emails again :( I'm not going to give up so they may as well just !!!!!!!g well give them to me!

    Have you tried the European consumer Centre I mentioned earlier, Thriftymanc? I didn't pursue it in the end, I have the same non payment issues as you, some Toluna flat out denied others they have several times promised to credit but never do. In the end I sat doing the mind numbing sponsored polls until I got up to 80,000 so I could request a voucher (because of the missing points, it's took me 5 months to get there). I will never get my owed points, but now no longer care - they've wasted enough of my time.

    Once I get my voucher I'm off. :j

    If you have the original email for that online forum, then you can contact the online company. I had to do that to get my points once.

    I have some questions, if anyone wouldn't mind telling me. I read the tutorial on the site but it's useless and doesn't give these answers! Also sorry if these have already been mentioned somewhere on here but it's a very long thread!

    1) How do you get promoted? I know what the levels are worth but not how to get there.
    2) When people award you stars, do you get points for that?
    3) When you create a poll, how many answers do you need to get, and how many points is that worth?
    4) Do you get points when people reply to your opinions? If so, how many responses do you need, and how many points is that worth?
    5) You get 100 points for writing an 80-word opinion - is that creating your own, writing on other people's, or both?
    6) When you get points for any of the above, where/how do they show up on your statement so you can check up on it?
    7) When do they award these points/promote you? Once a month?

    I was thinking of giving it a go - I've never bothered with anything other than surveys and sponsored polls, so not sure if it's worth trying. (Well - I did leave a few 80+ word opinions on other people's topics ages ago but never got any points and then my opinions were deleted so I couldn't chase it up! But that was a very long time ago so hoping it's more worthwhile now.)

    Sorry to bump but does anyone know the answers to these? I'd really like to know if I'm missing (even more!) points that need chasing.

    I would like to know these answers too please?
    There are some different answers on the site from people.
    We get 500 points when someone replies 21 times to my topic
    then thats where it differs some say
    31=1000
    41=1500 and so on

    but others have said 51 is the next payout of points

    Polls are 500 replies for 500 points

    It says in the tutorial/faq that points are updated every few weeks but reading on the site it can take double that it seems.

    It all looks hit and miss to me really and maybe too time consuming to just get £15 a couple of times a year!

    How much do people really earn on here a year?

    EMFD was Feb 32 :eek: NOW Dec 2013 its Dec 2016

    This is slightly off topic.
    Are there any other 'surevyors' who recieve invites from http://www.surveynetwork.co.uk/?
    Are you equally frustrated that about 18 out of 20 invites result in the response "Sorry there is no survey for you"!! and that after typing/selecting the same 8 responses before they say 'no survey! That is before you get to the criteria for the specific survey!

    You ask them to email toluna to confirm you completed the survey to get toluna to add the points.

    You don't have to spend anywhere near that amount of time if you lie, you still get the full amount of points even if you get screened out on the first question. They're ridiculous anyway e.g. "do you think cancer is a serious illness?":o
