I've been waiting since 14th October for Love2 Shop vouchers and November for Amazon vouchers!

The last ones I ordered on 19 October arrived on 10 November. Interesting other people are waiting longer.0 -

I ordered £30 of Amazon evouchers on 1/11/2010 and contacted them yesterday asking why I had not received them and was told that they are awaiting delivery of various vouchers. Gone passed the 8 week deadline and still waiting. This is what they emailed me back....

We inform you that your voucher request is still being processed as the order to the supplier has not been made yet. Please note that we order and dispatch large batches of vouchers at the same time, therefore it can take up to eight weeks from when you order your voucher until when you receive it.
We know that in some cases the original 8-week delay has been surpassed, therefore we send you our sincere apologies. The hold up in processing the gift certificates is caused by some unforeseen circumstances. Also, please refer to our blog post "Important Voucher News".
We fully understand that you work hard to earn your vouchers and we assure you that we will be dispatching all outstanding vouchers as soon as we possibly can. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and we hope that you enjoy spending your voucher once received.

It's amazing how often 'unforseen circumstances' delay delivery of vouchers!
Surely Toluna have a log of how many are needed and order in plenty of time?
