STILL waiting for my £15 voucher from December, have e-mailed them twice about this. First time they replied, saying they were out of stock and it would be here soon. I e-mailed again a week ago asking where my voucher was, and also, why I am not being credited for Surveys I have completed (missing about 30,000 points) and they havent dignified me with a response.0

I also am waiting vouchers dating back to October 2010 for a total of £60. I have contacted them twice, first time they did not deem to reply the second time they have replied. After confirming my address they emailed back and said my enquiry had been forwarded to the voucher department, whatever that is! I have heard nothing since. I am coming to the conclusion Toluna do not seem able or willing to sort these problems out. Why they cannot use Paypal like other sites then there would less chance of your payments going missing.:mad:0

Not getting any reply about this from Toluna as each time I ask they point me to the 80 word opinion points that were credited despite the fact I have explained that is not what I asking about.
Can anyone help, did you get yours? is when were they credited?0 -
Update: Finally got a reply from Toluna re my vouchers from October and December 2010. Basically was asked to confirm my address and apparently was added to the list of people who are in the same boat as me, they are re-issuing the vouchers so it might take a while before they eventually arrive. Not impressed tbh!!!!
Also, finally was able to redeem the email code for a £10 voucher that I got as a reward for the Garnier survey, gosh what a performance.... But the voucher is on its way, at last!!!!
If anyone who is still waiting for their vouchers from October or December receives them, could you please let us know? Thank yous.Art is a life-saving device.

How long do you normally have to wait for Amazon vouchers?
I cashed out my first one on the 11th march and lately have lost interest with toluna but decided to log in today and I had enough points to cash out again. I don't mind waiting a while if I'm getting enough points for two a month as long as they do eventually arrive...£2 Savers Club 2011 (putting towards a deposit) - £588
