Well, got my 2 vouchers today, don't know which ones they are as the letter doesn't say. If I assume, it's the Oct ones, then still waiting for Dec and Jan vouchers. And then I am sooooo leaving, I think since they changed hands, it's got worse.. Anyway, fingers crossed for all of us that we get all our vouchers soon.
And got another reply to my question how they could have sent my vouchers to just a street name... the answer is, and I am quoting here: "we don't know". That's toluna for you....Art is a life-saving device.

I've just written to Watchdog about Toluna and their unwillingness to pay their members what they owe. If anyone else is having problems with vouchers not being received, wrong addresses, points not being added and Toluna not responding to your problems I suggest you do the same. Google Watchdog and then click on the got a story link. They can't ignore us all!0

Rather than looking after member's vouchers I think their UK support staff are waiting for the takeover to finish on 19th April to see whether there is any job cut::(

I'm glad that I saw this thread!
I'm registered with Valued Opinions and MyVoice and have cashed in a few vouchers with them. They seem to be pretty good.
Also registered with OnePoll and YouGov, but don't seem to get much with them.
I just to use Lightspeed a few years ago, but I stopped receiving surveys from them when they merged.
Today I signed up to Toluna, as an extra income booster, and did a few surveys, but I'm kind of guessing that I should just quit before I waste too much valuable time!?Grocery Challenge Jan 24 0/300

The vouchers do come eventually. And they seem to be alot better at points than they used to be since they automated alot of the survey logging on the system.Survey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £5740
