    Is anyone else having problems getting surveys? Every survey I am put through to is unavailable

    Got an amazon e-voucher from 1st Feb today. Staggering it takes the guts of 3 months. They really are a joke!

    Not all but at least 80% of the surveys I get emails for and click through to have already been closed, even if the email has only recently arrived. Toluna don't pay all that well, be careful to check how many minutes, for 3000 points a survey can be anything from 5-30 minutes long, I skipped out of a 2400 point one yesterday after it was looking like being ridiculously long, I'm only carrying on with them until I hit enough points for a £15 Amazon voucher and then I think I will resign, I was a member a couple of years ago and dropped them due to poor payment for surveys but unfortunately I was also a member of Ciao who merged with them so to get the money for the surveys I did for both (I'm over halfway to my £15) I need to keep going a while longer unfortunately :cry:

    Totuna rejected paying me, their reason is I have 2 acoounts.

    I DON'T have 2 accounts, I'm so angry is,There is only me in my household doing the survey, and only me using my computer, and I only open one account, why they said i have 2 accounts? that's why i keep e mail them I'M INNOCENT, and toluna have to provide me evident that what's my second account is? I AM DEFINITELY SURE they made mistake, their customer service is lazy or don't care us, how come don't reply my e mails at all, if i really have 2 accounts, why they keep sending me e mail survey invitation they can just froze my account, why they want to take my survey opinion if i'm screw them. MORE IMPORTANT, toluna's incentive are very bad COMPARE TO OTHER survey company, if i want to cheat i will find other high pay company to cheat, no need to spend 25 mins to do a $0.60 survey. most of my other survey company i join, for 25mins survey i get pay at least $1.50 to $3.

    What to do, I have 90,000 points can't cash out, and they don't reply my e mails,I really don't know what to do HELP ME.

    Not sure how to help you with this one, I am sorry. I would suggest, keep emailing them directly: [EMAIL="info.en@toluna.com"]info.en@toluna.com[/EMAIL] and explain your situation and demand to know the details of the supposedly other account. Just keep calm and be polite, I am sure if you have not done anything wrong, things will get sorted in your favour. hth


    No sign of the Oct 2010 vouchers yet, I'll give it 2 more weeks and will chase them up again.

    I am still waiting on 5 L2S vouchers from 9/03 and now i already have over 205,000 points and about 25 open surveys.

    My philosophy is always to redeem vouchers as soon as I get to 80,000 points. I'll happily wait to get to meaningful amounts on sites like Valued Opinions or Consumer Pulse because they don't take 3/4 months to send vouchers out.

    I have received my L2S voucher from February so am happy about that, though on the downside I don't seem to be getting any emails inviting me to take part in surveys.
