Urgh, am on the having vouchers resent list thanks to my December ones still not having turned up.

I've been getting emails to take part but when i use them i usually screen out - i find that the best way to get surveys is to hunt for them on the site by looking at the your survey thing in the menu and doing the quick sponsored polls. seems to work for me. Good luck

not 2 sure if this is right place 2 post? just found out nearly 80000 points have expired on toluna - not happy - didnt realize they had a expiry policy

I am waiting for October and February LTS vouchers. Each £15.
I decided to wait until I have enough points to get £30 of vouchers because I feel that they are trying to confuse me by saying that they have sent out vouchers, when they clearly haven't! This way it is a different amount so that they can't get confused!!!
Is there a regulating body for survey sites, to whom we can complain?

Thanks for the suggestion. I do the quick sponsored polls but at the moment those are always full too...seems a bit strange, as well as when it screens out and says 'find another survey' I always now get the 'Thanks for your willingness to participate but we don't have any surveys...' previously they used to give a ticklist before coming up with that.

Hooray!!! I have received some LTS vouchers today. I think that they are the October vouchers; but who knows!!!

Hi,

I'm new to Toluna and all the other various survey sites.
How long does it normally take for the points from surveys to credit to your account - whenever I've completed one it says it can take upto 6 weeks but I'm hoping I wont have to wait that long!

Waiting on points from about 6 surveys now - though I have only been a member since the 5th and am up to 15000 points by just completing my profiles and doing more sponsored polls than I ever thought existed!

I think I may be a bit addicted

I've been a member since January and so far I've received £45 in love2shop vouchers and I've got around £30 on the way.

Just an update, they have just paid me mine, they had to calculate and manually credit them for me.
