I decided to wait until I have enough points to get £30 of vouchers because I feel that they are trying to confuse me by saying that they have sent out vouchers, when they clearly haven't! This way it is a different amount so that they can't get confused!!!
Is there a regulating body for survey sites, to whom we can complain?
I've had so many problems with them and no reponse to 4 emails at least. I've written to watchdog about this site specifically and am about to try a small claims court case. They may only owe me £75 but for the amount of hours they have had out of me I deserve every penny. Determined to quit this site but not without my money first! Good luck!0 -

The site is very slow, it's hard to log in (it keeps looping around in a circle for a bit before I eventually get in) and the polls keep reappearing after I've done them. I keep getting the error page that returns me to the homepage too. I've now got about 200 polls I can't do because it's too glitchy and slow. I thought these days were over!
