    Yikes! When did they up the L2S vouchers to £15 but for 80,000 points? Just went to claim having reached the magic 60,000 and found it had all changed...plus am still owed points form ages ago grrrr

    EDIT - oaky, ignore me I'm behind the times. Have read back through the thread and this seems to have been in force a while :)

    i ordered my amazon voucher 13nov, eta was 3rd of february but I actually received it early I got it back email yesterday, but other vouchers have taken longer than quoted, as much as a pain that they are I'm going to carry on as it only takes a few mins to complete the polls and the points mount up fairly quickly, something for nothing

    Well, wonders will never cease. Just had a reply from TOluna and they credited me with all the missing points (except one, which I've just re-queried). SO now I have enough for the next voucher, except, guess what? The voucher rewards page doesn't seem to be working. Anyone else able to get into it?

    Thanks vampire girl. I think they fixed it - I sent an email to the extraordinarily helpful and polite toluna rep (they exist!) who has already emailed me three times today to award points for surveys she cn't find on their system, but which I have kept the invites for. She said the vouchers page wasn't working for her either so she would follow it up with the tech department.

    I must say I've been very surprised by Toluna today. I have fionally found a way through to them. Thoroughly recommend the 'info.en@toluna.com' address.
  • I have just finished a 45 minute survey for only 1700 points (i was bored!) for it only to say on the very last question that this survey has not yet started and try again! :mad::mad::mad::mad:

    In response to several emails that I've been sending to Toluna, have (at last) had most of the missing points added to my account!

    I oftern have to email them about missing points but they do at least answer the emails and eventually award the points.
    Waiting ages for voucher at the moment so might need to chase that up.

    Thanks Thriftymanc for the email addy you put up a while back :). Have emailed ToLuna about my missing 19,000 points dating back to last August and await their reply.

    Will post here again to update with any reply - or not as the case may be ;)

    Good luck everyone else chasing points, I think its well worth doing, let them know we DO keep an eye on what they're up to ;)
