I still haven't had mine which was due on 27/01. I'm waiting for a reply to my email.
They have always been pretty good in the past at replying to emails. Wonder if they have cut down on staff or something.0 -
I have finally received my Amazon voucher from August and I have also received my HMV voucher from the beginning of September. The only problem is my HMV voucher code is not being accepted. I have emailed toluna but previously they have taken quite a while to reply. I was also annoyed that the points needed have gone up. I think I must have been trying to convert my points as they were changing over because it would not let me convert them. When I tried again the following day I noticed that I would need another 20,000 points! When were they going to tell us about that? Having said that the vouchers are handy especially now.
Well it is now 2010 and I still have not had the problem with my HMV voucher resolved. I have emailed several times and they still have not managed to give me a straight answer, just the usual 'we will look into it' reply. I ordered this voucher 24/09/09 and I feel I have waited long enough for this to be resolved. I have enough points to order another voucher but am reluctant to do so in case I won't be able to use it. I know that other people had the same problem and I would like to know if anyone else has solved this? Thanks.0 -

Not received a reply to my e-mail to them either.Still, as long as the Reward Voucher and the delivery date is still showing in the 'Vouchers' section, I guess it'll come eventually! Dear Member,
Thank you for your email. Since we order and dispatch large batches of vouchers at the same time, it normally takes up to eight weeks to receive your voucher. As you are aware, some of our vouchers are beyond this 8 week delay, in which we send our apologies and assure you we’re working hard to rectify this issue.
Here is an update on all our main vouchers:
*We have now sent all Amazon vouchers up to 30/11/2009 (e-voucher)
*We have now sent all Love2Shop vouchers up to the 24/10/2009 (paper voucher)
*We have now sent all Halfords vouchers up to the 30/11/2009 (paper voucher)
*We have now sent all HMV vouchers up to the 30/11/2009 (e-voucher)
*We have now sent all Debenhams vouchers up to the 03/11/2009 (paper voucher)
*We have now sent all CDWOW vouchers up to the 22/11/2009 (e-voucher)
Please note : e-vouchers are sent to your registered email address and paper voucher to your postal address. Since we are located in Paris, please allow up to 5 working days to receive your paper voucher.
If you believe you should have already received your voucher and yet to do so, please reply to this email stating the voucher you ordered and your email/postal address and we will look investigate the issue further.
They got an awful backlog
And it took them quite a few days to reply to me aswell...0 -
Worst survey ever??? I work it out at about 6p for half an hour :eek:
I know that there are often poor paying ones, but that is taking the proverbial. :mad::mad::mad:

I have also noticed that the surveys in the last fortnight or so have been giving fewer and fewer points.
I just delete them all as I'm waiting to receive my voucher and then it's bye-bye Toluna. :cool:
However, on a smiliar note, TNS (Mysurvey?) surveys have been giving rubbish points recently too. £1.50 for 60 minutes - I don't think so! :mad:0 -
I think the Survey clients are offering less money as recession is just over and they want to get back to market research but are unwilling to fork out the same kind of cash they did before right now.
As for the 300 points the last time I got one of them, I was invited later to complete a much more lucrative survey and product test.(not a test panel product)Survey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £5740 -

Looks like as i ordered my love2shop vouchers just after 24 Oct last year they are not going to be delivered to end of Feb or beginning of March now, even though they had a delivery date of 27/1/2010, you think they would know how many to order before confirming a date to receive them :mad:0 -
The last voucher that arrived for me was ordered on the 7th of October and they arrived 3 weeks ago. So going by their email they are only processing 17 days of voucher a most. I have £57 (1x £12 ,3x£15) owing in L2S vouchers and 15000 points from my next order. So who knows when I will get them.Survey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £5740
