Credit where credits due, I e'mailed Toluna yesterday, explaining that my computer was hacked and I had lost copies of surveys still awaiting points from last May, and bless them they keep e'mails, and yippee all points added today. I know they can be slow with adding points and sending vouchers, but out of all the survey sites I am with, this is one of the larger earners for me.

Hi all, I have signed up to a few survey sites recently and this one seems fast moving but can't find much info on the site about how many points for what rewards etc (expect I'm being thick) but maybe you can enlighten me? Do they do amazon vouchers etc?

Also there seem to be quite a few negative reviews on this thread recently which is worrying, is this site worth my time in the long run? Thanks xxx

You need patience with Toluna. The points rewarded for surveys are fewer than used to be; wait ages for points to be added to acount, and wait 2 to 3 months to receive a reward. You need 80 000 points for a Love2Shop voucher.

On the plus side, you can pick up lots of additional points daily by completing the short surveys on their website, and you do (eventually) receive your reward.

I get most of my points from the sponsored polls, don't take long to do. I get quite a few surveys as well but don't always quailfy on them.
On the whole they are pretty good, if they miss your points a quick email usually sorts that out.
Only problem for me is how long it takes to get an e-voucher sent. Really shouldn't have to wait for them, they should have the codes ready to email out.

Log in and select Reward partners (drop down menu from Test & Rewards at top of page)

Also if you haven't already check out Sponsored polls (drop down menu from Explore at top of page), lot's of extra points there.

I give up on them i registered and found it easy to get to 20000 points but left it at that

I still haven't had mine which was due on 27/01. I'm waiting for a reply to my email.

I really not sure what their technical problem is, surly they know who ordered what voucher and then on a specific cut off date order X number of vouchers. The only thing I can think of is they either have a specific automatic order of X vouchers a month and its not enough to cover them for most months, so people have to wait, or they just try to squeeze that extra few weeks/months of interest etc to make each voucher cheaper for them.
