Toluna Discussion (merged)

I said earlier in the thread I'd report back if I had any luck getting credited for missing surveys. I did write to Toluna about ten days ago, heard nothing back about that mail, but two of the missing surveys - one from August and one from Sept last year - have now been credited to my account taking me over the 80,000 threshold. Can't tell for certain if that's down to my mail or not of course, but I'd still say it's always worth a chase up mail or two if you've had uncredited points
Good luck everyone still chasing points! Now I guess it's a 3 month + wait until my voucher arrives:rotfl:
EDITED: heard back from them by email today, have been credited with all but one of the outstanding surveys, the last one is being checked and chased up with the surveyor (for want of a better word)Email back was polite and friendly too

I have also noticed that the surveys in the last fortnight or so have been giving fewer and fewer points. I just delete them all as I'm waiting to receive my voucher and then it's:( bye-bye Toluna.
However, on a smiliar note, TNS (Mysurvey?) surveys have been giving rubbish points recently too. £1.50 for 60 minutes - I don't think so!
And now even being thrown off as not part of the group they are looking for but not even getting the message saying have gained an entry into prize draw!0 -

i contacted them last week to tell them that while i was half way through survey it came up that i couldn't answer any more questions, they replied a few days later appologising that it was their fault and credited me with 1400 points

Still no sign of my love2shop voucher requested at end of October and due for delivery on 27/1/10. About to reach the points for my 3rd voucher now without receiving one yet.0

I ordered an Amazon voucher on 26/09/09. Estimated date of delivery shows as 08/12/09 but voucher has never turned up.
Also ordered Debenhams voucher on 15/11/09. Estimated date of delivery shows as 03/02/10, but again no sign of it yet.
I've tried emailing once but just got standard reply email back. Is it worth chasing up again? I've stopped doing their surveys for the time being, as I'm sick of getting nothing in return.:dance:£2 savers challenge:dance:£152/£200:naughty:Still trying to pay off my CC£3,800/£4,343 paid off0 -

I should stop doing them full stop Izzy - just keep chasing this rotten crowd for your owed vouchers and then cut your losses. They're just not worth the hassle! I mean - think about it - not only do you spend your time doing their surveys, but you then have to waste a heck of a lot more of it chasing up the points for the surveys and then again for the vouchers as well! When you work out all the time involved, it's worse than slave labour, and all that frustration is bad for your blood pressure! There are many other survey companies who not only credit your points immediately (certainly within a day or two anyway) but pay their rewards out in reasonable time too! Check those out!
