I too am having problems - I claimed a £15 Debenhams vouchers on 11th December and have still not received it and have emailed them 3 times and never had a response. I have been with them for ages and never had this problem before - I am very close to making my next claim now as well!

It looks like vouchers ordered around the 2nd of Nov are in the post, There have a large back log so its now 14 weeks delievery time now.

After clicking on 'You' on the Toluna Home Page, click on 'Rewards' (from the list on the left) and you should see all your past rewards orders. The one at the top should be your last order - sometimes with a N/A under 'Estimated Delivery Date' - which means there isn't a delivery date yet. Although I should think you would have an estimated delivery date for a December order by now. Nowever, I think you'll be waiting a while yet for a paper voucher ordered in December; even when you have an estimated delivery date, it's always weeks after that before you get it!
I finally Got my £12 Love2Shop voucher yesterday, :eek: which I ordered in October - four months ago! The estimated delivery date was 27th January! So............ it's one down and two to go now before I can wave "Bye Bye" to Toluna for good! :j

Thanks guys. I eventually managed to properly load the rewards page this morning. Requested a HMV voucher, but understand that even vouchers arriving by email might take a while!
