I have just emailed them with 48000 points worth of missing points with which date back to April last year. Hopefully they sort it all out.

Finally have an estimated delivery date from a voucher ordered december 17th, should be here 5/3/10 apparently. add a couple of weeks on just in case and thats a 3 month wait, so seems they are catching up a litte again!!

By the way, did anyone else do the partnership survey?! Sent the invite last night, its for 20000 points!! Couldnt believe my luck when I qualified for it!! Chances of being credited with the points .... Ive screenshot the final few pages as evidence!! Haha

Great to have this after so many 20-30 minute survey invites for just 500 points!!

Unexpectedly got my voucher yesterday! (3 1/2 months later!)

They are more trouble than they are worth, so that's it.

Im in shock!! The survey I did for the whopping 20000 points, I completed it yesterday, and got the points this morning :j

I was expecting to have to fight for those!! :rotfl:

Thank you everyone for explaining how long we have to wait. But can anyone say why? Other survey companies manage a week or two so what is wrong with Toluna. I gave them up last year when they stopped Sainsbury's but was tempted back by 'love to shop'. Maybe not worth it after all if the wait is so long.

I think it is because they have 4 million members, too much checking involved and not enough staff. You can imagine the 1million daily complaints of 70% complete survey then disqualified is ...... to the where the dickens is my voucher I ordered yesterday/last week/last month/ last year? ETC.....

Thanks for your reply Davester I'm sure you are right but it doesn't excuse the company when others can do it. Yes I hate the disqualified after giving time scenario too and am still not sure if I will continue but I am easily tempted when a survey appears in the in-box:).

Toluna got back to me about the surveys not creditted. Its all been sorted. I now have only 4 outstanding surveys which I have done in the last week, Completely uptodate.
Responded in 4 days which is great. :money: :T:T:T
