Today I received the HMV e-voucher that I ordered on 7/1/2010 :T and have just had an expected delivery date of 10/3/2010 given for it, but am still waiting for the Debenhams voucher I asked for on 10/11/2009 and for which I have an estimated delivery date of 3/2/2010! I have just logged in and I now have a edd of 10/3/10 for my Debenhams voucher - won't hold my breath that it arrives on time but at least it is being processed.0

I have finally got the last outstanding points in my account, 60,000 from an online chat that I did in August 2009. After many empty promises to look into it I got fed up waiting and went to the company that did the online chat and asked them to press Toluna. Points appeared the same day! Now the 3 month wait to get the voucher...0

Toluna have been a bit better lately regarding vouchers, i got a 12 quid Love 2 shop voucher through 4 days ago that should of come early Feb then today i get a 15 quid Love to Shop voucher 2 days before the expected delivery date!!!
Nice 27 quid worth of vouchers in 5 days...i even have a expected delivery date for one i ordered end of Jan, which is quick these days 0 -
