Perhaps we should all stop doing the surveys as a protest until they stump up the points owed? I am owed over 40.000 points and had no response to e-mails. Once I ever get to the stage I can get a voucher again it will be bye bye to Toluna.

Anybody know which type of vouchers arrive quickest? Or are they equally bad irrespective which type?

I recieved my Amazon voucher (eta 03/02/10) yesterday and was pleasantly surprised.

Thank you so much for posting the email address. I emailed them the other day regarding my missing points and had a reply today saying they've all been added for me. :T

Just cashed them all in, and once I have my voucher, I'll be deleting my account. Just not worth the hassle IMHO.

After 4 months i finally received my amazon voucher.....i am now clicking the unsubscribe link for toluna- the surveys are getting longer, the points are less and it takes longer and longer each time for an e-voucher to arrive

i just had one of those music surveys emailed to me. 2700 points, 95 pages of questions, 90 of those had 3 questions on each .......

I got that one. I gave up after four questions when I realised how many questions they were going to ask me. Also it was really badly explained - there was a line saying you could stop at any point. Yes, but then you don't get the poitns, do you?! It was like it was set up for something else.

Well after my post about them owing me loads of points approx. 20,000 going back to May 2009, despite having antivirus, firewall and spyware, my computer got hacked, and I have lost everything. Kept copies of the surveys awaiting points, obviously lost those, I am so damn mad.
