Emails with queries return bounced as unsendable, countless emails received for surveys that I'm not eligible for.
Oh and despite the fact I was saving my points for a bigger reward, they deem it right to take them away if not used within the time period.
Total waste of time.
Don't save vouchers order as soon as you get them, use them on normal shopping, save the money you would have spent in the bank. You have more than the total vouchers are worth within that year to spend on your big thing.Survey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £5740 -

I am starting to keep track of what i am owned, What is your user name on Toluna might do some of your opinions
I'm leaving. I don't know if I will be on there again, I'm just now waiting for my vouchers to arrive. Its been so long, they really screwed me over, I had no money for Christmas gifts this year so thought I'd cash in my vouchers, spend them all on my family, I ordered early December thinking they couldn't possibly take more then 3.5 months....still in mid January I am waiting. I got so fed up of being told "soon" that its now beyond a joke.
I've not only missed Xmas, I've missed the January sales! Its beyond a joke! I feel so annoyed and undervalued that I wont be returning unless I can see a rapid improvement with those that are still a member (hence me checking the thread).
Its a shame, they could be such a good survey site, but they don't value the people doing the surveys for them enough. All it takes is to maintain what your objectives are, send out vouchers when they say they will (with none of this "yeah but we're French" rubbish- its nothing to do with being French, I know French people, they are not tardy or lack the ability to do things properly the first time or keep their promises!
Then there is the adding points when they say they will- tell me this, a computer in a bank operates in this way: I spend money, it automatically vanishes from my account within the next few days. Its automatic. It can be done. So why is it not possible for ToLuna to not add the points they say they will after you have finished a survey? the other survey sites manage it and have far fewer errors! They are a multinational survey site! How is it hard not to put in place a correct method of adding survey points?! Madness!!
So no, I don't think I will be returning...0 -
I just had an email from them explaining that the £12 voucher they sent me was actually a £10 voucher and my payment from October, rather than the £12 from DEcember that I am still waiting for.
Jennie, at least you'll have some vouchers for next christmas, if you're lucky! The thing with Toluna is that you have to keep doing it. That way although they take for ever to pay, you're always getting something - even if it's from months ago. In teh meantime you build up more points etc. I've always got at least one voucher pending, whcih is quite nice in a way.
God, someone shoot me. I'm feeling slightly forgiving towards this bunch of charlatans.0 -

Sorry you are still waiting, It does say upto eight weeks (normaly i would say 8 but been on toluna so it is eight lol) You will get the vouchers just a question when. I think a lot of people haev left Toluna and because they need so many replies to the surveys they have to resend them out and till they get the numbers etc they can not add the points. I did a shopping survey 3 times and got 10,000 for each time i did it.Jan Wins: .0 -

I've just received this survey toay so didn't think it was the same as everyone else and, completed it also spending more than half an hour on it then I also got the same reply at the end :mad:
I've just emailed them about it. Very annoying, and I don't really want to waste my time doing any more incase the same thing happens.
When they do get their act together the surveys and points roll in and I can manage to get quite a few vouchers out of them. Its not the waiting that gets me (although they did really ruin things for me at Christmas), its the lack of respect for their customers and lack of honesty and ownership of the problems. If they cannot deliver a voucher for 6 months, then don't advertise it to arrive in 2 months- I mean, its not hard is it? and then they'll make a mistake, but instead of taking responsibilty they will mention something about being French or having voucher back log problems- No! Its about poor staff management, poor customer service and lack of respect for what they do.
They need to change, I feel like I've given them so many chances, they need to start being fair to EVERYONE- I am so sick of reading about all those that do surveys and don't get their points for whatever reason. Thats also unfair and also needs to change. I've never really kept tabs on my points so cannot say if it has or has not happened to me, but I have been cancelled out of a survey when I have spent upwards of 30 minutes on it. Its even more annoying then when you ask for help and are not given help....
OK, I'll stop the ranting now (at least I'll try to....!)0 -

Hi,
You said it ruined your christmas But you also said you "ordered early December" You should know it takes upto 8 weeks to arrive (ok it is longer now) But my point being they would not arrive before xmas more like towards the end of Jan 10. We all hate waiting for stuff but you should have ordered them in Sept/Oct. You can not blame Toluna because you Ordered them in Dec 09 knowing they would not arrive in time for xmas.
I ordered 3 and i know i will be waiting ages for them but i am fine with that. In 8 days i have made 23,000 points from doing surveys, I have about 30,000 that i know of to be added.
It is a waiting game with Toluna.Jan Wins: .0 -
I asked for 3*£12 Love2shop vouchers on the 16/9/09, today I recieved
Thank you for your email. Since your voucher was dispatched from our Paris office on Thursday 14th January, please can you inform us on Thursday 21st January whether you are yet to receive your vouchers?
As said I don't care about the time to recieve vouchers and I don't think anyone hasn't recieved the vouchers they earned. I don't monitor whether my points get added correctly, you definitely earn alot with toluna but I always felt the time spent on surveys vs value of rewards was pretty poor. So i'm unsure whether to start up again or not.0 -

Not the first lot I didnt- I ordered the first lot early October. The last lot I ordered in December and didn't expect them for a while (by then I was aware toluna were going to take much longer)
I DID order them sept-oct (early Oct) as your message suggests!0 -
I received my vouchers this morning, the ones which i applied for in Oct and told they'd get sent out in Dec! I've just logged in and noticed i now have another 90,000 odd or so points so i'm going to convert these asap and hopefully they'll arrive by my bday in April lol....also i noticed when i checked my points that i have been awarded 27,000 points for a survey (or £5 reward as it said) does anyone know what this is?Number 17-Pay off all your debt by Xmas 2024 Tesco CC £50/£127.95 Debt=39% paid.0
