Is there any regulatory body (or trade association which cares about the reputation of such companies) that one can complain to about conduct of members?

You can reply to the survey police, they not only have board where you rate all the different survey sites but I think survey sites seem to take them more seriously if they complain rather then us alone (although please don't stop complaining to them- am sure it does make some difference if enough people do it!)

Hi,

I did a 3 day chat about xmas shopping worth 25,000 points i hope they do not forget to add that i logged in more then twice on all three days and did all the questions. I am waiting for 3 £15 L2S vouchers.

About the amazon voucher, when you redeemed before the prices went up you paid 60,000 for £10 amazon voucher it is now 80,000 for £12 vouchers so them that are getting the amazon vouchers only paid 60,000 points that is why you are getting £10 and not £12.

I love Toluna and hopefully by the 2nd of Feb i should have enough for another £15 voucher. On a good month i earn 80,000+ points and maybe more.

I hate to say it but I'd wonder if you still love toluna after the 2nd of feb, be interested to see if they add your points and you get your vouchers- am still waiting for my L2S vouchers which I ordered in early October! I have a date but it was only given to me 4 months after I ordered it!

I had one something like that and did not bother as 1700 points are only worth about 25p in amazon vouchers also as they often underestimate the completion time it might have taken an hour for that reward. That is even worse than some CIAO ones but at least they say what the reward is in cash.
However I have just received my amazon voucher from Toluna ordered early October (£10 which is correct although the e-mail with it said £12)

I have noticed there are delays in vouchers, I have had 5 of them so far waiting for these 3 i know they will arrive just take time. I hope i am promoted again in Feb lol, I am owned 7500 points for skipping a level that will be added in Feb. I am starting to keep track of what i am owned, What is your user name on Toluna might do some of your opinions

Promotion is gained via a secret handshake in clandestine chambers and involves sexual favours. Or it is dependent on the number of topics created and the replies recieved. Also the more replies you give the better your chances of promotion. Or it is totally random and Toluna make it up as they go along. Promotion means nothing as Toluna treat their VIP members as poorly as the rest of us. If only Watchdog would investigate this shambolic site.

I gave up with this awful site a long time ago.
Emails with queries return bounced as unsendable, countless emails received for surveys that I'm not eligible for.

Oh and despite the fact I was saving my points for a bigger reward, they deem it right to take them away if not used within the time period.

Total waste of time.
