i dont seem to be getting my points either dispite the fact i do three to four surveys a day and they all seem to go to the end

Hi guys,

I was sent a £10 amazon code BUT when I type it in it doesn't redeem (states an error/incorrect code)?? Has this happened to anyone else?

I've emailed them BUT as expected - NO REPLY!!!!
Any advice?

Well...... THANK YOU Thriftymanc! :beer: I got a very prompt reply to that e-mail today (took them less than a day! :eek: ) saying that all the points owed to me for completed surveys have now been added to my account (with the exception of the last one, which had been extended) but that they couldn't trace the ones I had done direct from their website (you know, the ones that pop up when you're doing the sponsored polls) due to a bug in the system (so don't do these - you rarely get the points!) So....just waiting for the two L2S vouchers I ordered (got a delivery date of 27.01.10 for the September one but nothing yet for the December one) Wonders will never cease or what? :rotfl:

From yesterday afternoon I was able to view the polls, all af the pages suddenly started to work :j Hope it carries on

I usually find if you do the sponsored polls on the site then you will get survey invites a few days after doing them.

I'm not getting many at the moment, i have had only one in two weeks and i do all the sponsered links, am beginning to wonder if it is beaucase i have kicked up a stink about all my missing points!

i was wondering about these sponsored polls! i was getting them fine, several a day, until i got very close to the payout, and the past 2 days, nothing

why am i not suprised?!

im only about 300 points from my next payout (havent even received my last one yet) and all of a sudden they want to stop me getting points ....

i wonder why .... :think:
