How do you lot make your points? I've been a member for 2 weeks now and the sponcered polls link never works (People have said this is due to not having any sponcered polls, but i know this is untrue as they appear on the home page in the yellow box)

I have decided not to do the surveys given after polls as they never specify how many points you will get, and if your points are not added you have sod all proof that you did it.

Opinions at 80 points works out to 1.5p which i think is crap

How does eveyone make there points.

I earn points by doing the surveys they email you, sponsored polls and the other surveys on site. If your not getting the on site polls you need to report it x

The on site polls work about 1/10 times and even when i finish the first page it will then give me an error message when i try to move on a page.

One thing concerns me, i have heard a lot of speak about having to chase survey points and then not getting them credited.

I completed a survey on the 12/01 after a poll and this has not yet shown in my account. how long does it normally take?

Thanks for that Jennie - I joined the Survey Police Org and had my rant! :mad: From there I also had a look at the top rated survey companies and joined one that seems very good. (panelbase.net (UK)

(Got a delivery date for one of my L2S vouchers of 27th January. Not holding my breath though)

Incidentally, at the suggestion of someone (can't remember who now though) I wrote to Avner Erez detailing my missing points and vouchers, who wrote back saying he had forwarded my e-mail to Toluna Customer Services! So much for that then! Of course, I heard absolutely nothing else. Contacting Toluna both from the website and by e-mail has produced zilch, as has a further e-mail to Avner Erez! I'm still waiting for points from surveys dating back to August. I'm owed well over 20,000 points now and the only reason it's not a lot more is because I haven't done any further surveys! They just get deleted as soon as they arrive in my in-box!

I'm also waiting for around 30 to 40,000 outstanding points from Toluna, dating back to September.

Have emailed several times without success.

Not a good business model!

Same here. emailed they said they will contact that project manager about it 6 months ago.

L2S vouchers ordered in first half October. Posted in France last week. Arrived today, second half of January. More than three months - but have arrived.

Well I'll soon find out thriftymanc, I just wrote to them listing all the points I'm owed and I'm now waiting with bated breath!!! :rolleyes:

I'm still owed points from April.

I've found my emails listing points they owe me are pretty effective. Last time someone replied after about three weeks (that's instant, in Tolunaland) and answered each point separately. A lot were credited to me over the next few days.
They always have this thing that 'this survey lasted longer than we anticipated, your points will be added when it has closed'. Yeah, right. So there's still one giong from last April is there?
