Is anyone else having problems converting their points to ipoints? I have enough points and the correct ipoint details but it keeps saying conversion failed. I can't find a contact email address anywhere to contact them about it.
I like the way you get points for attempting a survey - I still get rejected for quite a few but at least I get some points now and it does seem quicker to get the points too. I was going to leave test and vote but now its changed it does seem better - just wish I could get my ipoints!0 -
this is because of the ipoints site update no one has been able to convert points since then, my guess is that they havent updated toluna to do it yet0
