wont let me convert to ipoints either, was gutted!

Thought it was just me! Tried to convert to ipoints earlier ... never had a problem in the past ... and it won't let me.

Also, submitted a "ticket" ages ago querying where loads of points are that I've earned doing surveys months back. Got an email today saying my query had been resolved and to click on a link within the email, which doesn't work Tried emailing them back to ask what the hell's happening, but no doubt it'll be weeks before I hear.

think it is because of the ipoints update guess we will all have to wait and see what happens

I have been a member for ages and finally got 60,000 points so redeemed these for a HMV voucher on 02/12/07. It has never arrived, emails have been sent but I have heard nothing back.:mad:

Looks like they have fixed the problem. The surveys no longer give extra points and any extra I had 'earned' have been removed. Looks like I am on the correct amount too so no others removed.

Yet Seeing as Ipoints and Toluna don't seem to be about to comunicate at the moment due to Ipoints update, who knows if there will be any further complications.
Shall just have to wait and see.

Has anyone ever ordered the Sainsbury vouchers in the past? could anyone please tell me how long these take to arrive? TIA

The cheeky so & so have made my account -145,000 points :eek:

I have emailed them, i don't know why i have minus 145,000 points esp as i had around 30,000 in my account before the glitch. So why not just leave me with the points i had earnt through the surveys, no need to take those points too. Also 145,000 is a lot of point to just minus my account by :mad:
To top it all off i've emailed them again about my hmv vouchers i ordered in december & they are still not answering my emails.

You didn't transfer some over to Ipoints before Ipoints updated did you? That may explain it if you did. Otherwise looks like they are still having some problems.
