No i tried to convert points over to ipoints but it wouldn't let me. I've emailed them & told them, fairs fair take the points i got from the glitch
but not the points i made from doing surveys. I also asked why my account is minus 145,000
just seems like a rather large number to minus my account by.

Well they didn't reply to my email but they did put back my points, so yep its back to earning points the slow way :rotfl:
They can't blame us for trying though“Hope is the only bee that makes honey without flowers.”

To top it all off i've emailed them again about my hmv vouchers i ordered in december & they are still not answering my emails.
They're ignoring my emails too - I ordered a HMV voucher on 22nd November so that's nearly 2 months now!
On the plus side, I find them a lot better than some other survey sites. Giving out new points for updating the interest questionnaires was very handy, I'm back up to the mid 50k's in points already and I don't think I've ever had a problem with them not crediting me for surveys I've done.
Ciao are seriously annoying me with their "ooh complete our GREAT new survey" and paying 10p for it. And Valued Opinions, grrrrrrrrrr, my balance has been stuck at £9.50 for about 6 weeks now and none of the pending surveys have been credited yet.
Mini rant over0 -

i was impressed after they took away my 'free' points i still had loads more than i was expecting as i got credited for a survey and got 500 for every single interest survey
yay!
also the 10p on Ciao is stupid and I have stopped doing surveys!
Valued Opinions have been very bad for me I only ever recieved 1 survey it was for £2.25 but still only one![Survey site stuff goes here]0 -
They have taken away most of my points too. I had 48,000 before the glitch and now have 16,000!
How do you email them - I can't find a contact buttonNot been here in years! Hi everyone. Make £10 a day challenge = £78.45/1550 -
Hate toluna, waste ages on their surveys answer loads of questions then always get told I'm not eligable to finish it0
