Hi, yes I am missing points too daisy, not quite as much as you!! but still I had been saving them for ages. I did get an ipoints email though today and it still showed my old points total on it, so I am hoping they are going to return at some point and its just maybe a glitch.

They've left me with 33 points but i had more than that before the glitch, think i had 31,000 points which they've taken as well as the other points i managed to get from the interest surveys.

they haven't de-credited my points yet but i only did some of the interest surveys today

They haven't decredited me. Just out of interest did you convert any of the interest points into gift vouchers?? before they decredited you??

They have not taken my points back either, maybe they're just going through everyone slowly! I have done some surveys in the meantime and won't be pleased if they'll take all the points away!

Yeah 2 sainsburys voucher but i already had points in my account. They also emailed me & told me they've removed the points & the voucher & that they know of the glitch. Considering they know about the glitch you can still get the 2000 points the last time i checked

i don't mind them taking and 'extra' vouchers I go through the free points but i have 2 vouchers on order that were ordered before the glitch and I'm going to be extremely annoyed if I don't get those. Its a real pain they don't have an email address and you have to go through one of those contact us form things.

Im still waiting for the 4 hmv vouchers i ordered in december. I don't think they will keep them as the bloke didn't mention it in the email just the ones i ordered today. I'm not happy that they took the points i had already, fair enough take the points i got from the glitch but not the points i already had.

won't let me do that depends how good there communication with Ipoints is i guess. I wanted to do that but it won't work!
