You could try this link

They finally answered my email about the hmv vouchers im waiting for.... its one excuse after another

Thank you or your email. Unfortunately since you ordered your vouchers after the 10th we are unable to send the vouchers out until later in the New Year. This is on the conversion page when you convert so unfortunately we will not be able to send the vouchers out until later in the month and therefore cannot guarantee that the vouchers will arrive with the 4 weeks we usually predict.

What a load of rubbish. Why can't they order e-vouchers & have them ready for people when they order them? Valued opinions send amazon e-vouchers straight away why can't they do the same.

• I've answered a few of the opinion polls, but I've got no points. It can't be that they're too short - they've been like 90 words long! This happen to anyone?

Speaking of HMV vouchers, I'm a little concerned.

I ordered 2 £12 HMV vouchers on 15th January. The order went through OK and my balance was adjusted accordingly. However, I logged in over the weekend only to find that my balance was back up to the original total and there is no sign of my reward order in my points history. :undecided

Has this happened to anyone else?

That happened to me, and also for the 15 point surveys. Only one has been showing per day. So I emailed them and got this response which seems to be talking about big surveys instead - why do none of these sites read what you write?

Thank you for your email. Normally you should receive your points within four weeks from when the survey is closed (As indicated in the invitation email). The reason for this is that we credit all the participants at the same time and in some cases the survey may continue for longer than the stated closing date.
However if you haven’t received your points within 4 weeks, don’t hesitate to get back to info.en@testandvote.com with the invitation email(s) attached and we will look into the case

Not been here in years! Hi everyone. Make £10 a day challenge = £78.45/155
• I quit Toluna at the end of last year, I was totally fed up with getting 50% of the way thru a survey to be told 'not eligible'.

It just wasn't worth it for the time & effort involved!

I have been close to leaving toluna (test and vote) for a while now, but i keep giving them another chance-how silly am i. Im still fed up of starting a survey and then not being suitable, or completing a survey and then having to wait 6 months (if im lucky) for my points!

I really should give up i think.
