Hmmm now to see how long it takes to get my £15 of Sainsbury's vouchers - I'm expecting them around next xmas!0
-
I ordered my sainsbury voucher on 23rd November and still haven't received it so I emailed them and got this response:
Thank you for your email and your patience regarding this voucher. Unfortunately since your vouchers were ordered after the 19th November they will not be sent out until later on in the new year. This is due to the overwhelming response we had to the Sainsbury's vouchers which have been incredibly popular with our members and generated very high order levels.
I apologise for this delay and for any inconvenience and you should receive your vouchers mid January.
Hope that helps anyone who is waiting for vouchers, not sure it helped me other than to know that they might not have forgotten!0 -
I got that email too, I was a little annoyed with the way it was worded though:
'Unfortunately some members abused the situation and we have had to cancel these points. These points have been removed from your account.'
I didn't abuse anything - I merely updated my interest surveys as requested, and they simply cocked up as usual.
Will be ordering vouchers and then cancelling when my vouchers turn up.0 -
I'll feel all guilty now. I converted my points straight into ipoints, before they updated their website and broke that process. I then ordered DVDs from ipoints.
After Toluna took back the points, I wasn't expecting the DVD to be sent, and I'd be back to where I was, no points lost or anything.
So what arrives in the post this morning? The DVD I ordered. And it seems that because the DVD was supplied by sendit.com, I'll get another 169 ipoints from them.
I can't help having this feeling that something will happen, possibly involving negative numbers. But for now I'm one set of Family Guy DVDs and 169 ipoints up on the whole thing.0 -
^I wouldn't feel guilty
Is there a new thing on Toluna where if you give your opinion on their mini-polls or something?? Just I see a lot of people leaving comments now whereas noone did before!0 -

I have started about five surveys recently, only to get about half way through then I get the.... "unfortunatley you do not match the criteria bla bla..... "
I am providing a lot of information all for nothing

They give you some points for taking part even if you are not eligible for the whole survey though don't they? All the ones I have been invited for and not successful have said I would get 500 points for my timeNot been here in years! Hi everyone. Make £10 a day challenge = £78.45/1550

I always get 500 points for getting into a survey and not being eligible, so its pretty ok really.
I just claimed 120,000 points for £24 of HMV vouchers so I hope they come soon!0
