Oh yes yummy, being fed up, bored is my downfall, must always keep busy otherwise the toast gets it:rotfl: :rotfl: was it white bread? Love it:D yes the points are high in white bread but try nimble/WW bread, wholemeal /brown much better than white:D[/quote]
No it was homemade gluten free bread, to make a small loaf I have to add 6 tablespoons of cooking oil, loads of sugar etc to a packet mix. Tastes lovely toasted but I dread to think how many points it is, specially as I went mad with the butter..........................................makes me hungry just to think of it..............................:o0 -
Yes everyone, Sasha is back home - and living in the coal bucket as you can see!

Starlight :rotfl: at the WW thing. Reminds me of when I signed up to Tesco diets and it said something like "your BMI is 23, over the next few weeks we aim to get you to BMI 23". I was like, hmm, OK then!
I love how you guys can make me smile first thing in the morning!funkyfunkymonkey wrote: »missyg I totally agree with what everyone else has said about your clothes for the funeral...However, if you wanted a cheap smart suit Matalan do a black one the jacket is £14 and the trousers £9, they go down to a size 8. I have been wearing these to work as I need to look smart but did not want to buy expensive suits until I have finished shrinking.

Haven't Asda got that offer on at the moment...buy a £5 pair of black trousers and get a £3 white shirt for free. Or something crazy? I only have 2 pairs of "fat" black trousers that fit me and in one of them the zippers broken. Like FFM I don't want to spend too much when I'm aiming to shrink. Might also do for your funeral missyg if you're on a budget.
Love the doggies dellybelly and raphael. V. cute! Please continue to hold the line. Your call is very important to us and will be answered by next available robot...0 -
Thanks for the dog photos Delly and Raph, glad to see Sasha back home! Delly, you look lovely, what you on about!:D
Suggs, thanks for the heads up about the scales, they were in Lloyds did you say? I haven't even thought about looking for any yet (too preoccupied with saving money:D) but I might just go and see if I can find them in our local store. Do they measure muscle etc as well as fat? Thanks for your help.
WL has gone out the window here at the mo, more from not eating enough than anything else so my body has gone into panic mode methinks! We're probably out for a curry tonight - yum!- and then from tomorrow I'll be trying to get back to eating more and sensibly. This week has been consumed by 'to move or not to move' debates which have been quite stressful and upsetting for me - we've decided to stay, as that's what I need to do (rather than what I'd like to do) so now I'm getting my head round it all. I had a good chat with my best mate in Manchester yesterday which helped and now it's about making a life for myself here while we stay.
Anyway, that's why I haven't been able to reply as much as I would like. Suggs, I hope you have a much nicer weekend and can make things better with your son. What's everyone else up to this weekend? I think we're starting decorating in earnest, so the woodchip had better watch out!The 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000

Bails thanks for the words, the scales are online HERE seems they can do body fat and BMI, so maybe it would be of any good? Just a thought, something I saw.
Glad the move or not move sorted out, I guess at times we have to do what is right for ourselves rather than what we like to do
Im sure my son and I will have a good weekend thanks.
Nice to see you once again Delly and nice looking pooch, surely a decent shave will rid you of a dripping doggy? :rotfl: Likewise raphael nice dog, and seeing as yours is a big one, I would be saying that too "nice doggy, good doggy"
Victory it seems you had probs with the quotes, it got all confusing for meI thought you had the toast and were bored :rotfl:very unlike you I thought, I got worried.
But even more confusinga chinese take away with a bottle of wine that my boyfriend prepareddoes he cook it all and pop into the foil trays for you as well ?? Freshly squeezed the grapes into the bootle? if only life was simple?
Even even more confusing, I eat more, I reduce the CV work in the gym and some weight training and promptly lose 4lbplease as per BrightonBelles suggestion no celebration is allowed, I have failed to maintian once again and deserve a damm good kickin.
But I will celebrate losing 168lb or more commonly known as 12stone :j even if I didnt mean to get there.
Come on missy whats your ebay name, I need a good nosewhat games are your son flogging? I was thinking, operation? Buckaroo, connect 4? How you feeling today KPC has the bug gone yet? Marion, sorry didnt notice your little gain, however is it not a very slight detour on the journey to healthy you?
So stick again and lets finish this journey

Morning all!
Victory, a stunning effort from you yesterday! Maybe this even broke the cycle a little bit, as you now know you CAN fend it off by keeping busy? Anyway, proud of you!Would you consider driving to Spain instead of flying? Ferry to Bilbao is quite an adventure, then you can load up with as much luggage as you can cram into the car! Will you still be able to post here while you're away?
FFM & HannaB thank you for the advice about cheap clothes. After seeing people's comments on here it looks like I won't be making a terrible faux-pas if I go with what I've gotThanks everyone for taking the time to comment, much appreciated.
Hi Bails, I'm glad you've reached a decision about staying put! Have fun with the decorating, enjoy that curry too!
I'm probably heading for a weight gain on Monday, hopefully not a major one as I'm not pigging out, but I've been enjoying a few more hearty meals and helping my son finish off some of the Christmas goodies he's still got! So I expect to be a bit over my calories this week.
Nothing massively exciting planned this weekend - bit of snow sport to watch on tv
Suggs congrats on the 4lb loss, I know you don't want celebrations but can't let that one pass by - at the very least you can use it as a buffer a bit like I've been doing this week! Lost 12 stone overall... it's an incredible achievement.
As for the ebay stuff, no not the good old classic games, though we had all those and more until recently when we freecycled a lot of them! These are Gameboy, Gamecube etc. Haha, no way am I posting my ebay name on here, as I'm also flogging some stuff that's been "left behind" shall we say... well, if the person concerned hasn't been to collect it in over 3 years I think I'm quite justified
Have you got a game tomorrow Suggs?0 -
Suggs stop it! You're supposed to be maintaining. They'll chuck you off your team if you lose much more. (Just jealousy speaking here, you understand.)0
