    Afternoon all

As I mentioned yesterday, nightmare journey home from Middlesborough on Wednesday, by the time I got home and then gone to Tesco is was 9.50pm once home!! Then up again yesterday to go back in the office. Work is manic at the moment, today beent he only day I am at home and even then I have yet to have some lunch! Anyways weigh in time and I have
lost 2lb happy yes, as I had put on last week.

Hope it all goes well Honey, nice thoughts for you. Bails is it the thought of the personal trainer or the views of the personal trainer that attracted you ;) Gym sounds nice though, hopefully Ajax's advice will help reduce the cost a little. Brighton, lashing of marmite?? Always kills my sweettooth :)

    Right back to work

Have a good weekend one and all, dont get upto anything I could do ;)

  • ooh, i enjoyed my lindor egg last night, it was lovely. It felt good as well, because I'd saved it for a few days and promised myself it when I knew i could handle the syns.

all this talk of home made bread. . . i love homemade bread but i do not dare get a breadmaker for all the reasons mentioned - it would just all be eaten whilst still warm. Took some steps to allow myself to indulge my baking fetish though - invested in some mini muffin tins so I can make little ones that are better for sw! go me. Actually bought them so i can make some to take to the kit fair over the weekend to give to traders, always goes down very well. and I've got to pack my lunchboxes tonight so that i can stay away from the burger van and anticpate my sunday night chinese so things are looking good for the weekend. Does anyone else have plans for the weekend?

Bails, that sounds like good value at the gym - but it is still a lot of money to spend. will you enjoy it enough to justify it?

......yep, work 7am-7pm Saturday and work 7am-7pm Sunday. Wanna join me kpc?

If not, I expect to see many bright-eyed, bushy-tailed WLing MSEers on this thread to keep me company during those hours :)

Ajaxgeezer's warning re home made bread is worth noting. I too have trouble with bread but my own bread is even harder to resist. I actually only make the dough in the bread machine and then bake it in the oven - that way I can split the recipe into far smaller loaves (or rolls really) to try to stop myself from being able to overindulge. Only last night, I literally had to go to bed early to stop myself eating any as it just came out the oven...I can resist anything but temptation!

......I was considering doing that earlier in the week efrieze. What setting do you bake your rolls on, and for how long?

I bake them in the oven at around 180 degress (brushed with egg white) for around 15 mins - until they are golden really.
