Big hugs victory, double hugs in fact seeing as the MiL is on her way!!
Vix I wouldnt know if a 2.2 is good or not, but well done on doing it. Its something I doubt I could do.
Cazz at least you tried, I didnt even get a card!! MrsSuggs doesnt believe in Valentines, although I got her a card, I didnt get the roses or chocs after her hints not to waste money! Still once it got to 7 and no card appeared I 'happened' to mention it in a couple of shops we were in, to embarass her
Weightwise, I have gained 1lb disappointed?? yes, reassured when I checked all the figures on my new fancy scales, when it showed the Body Fat is down 0.7% and muscle mass is up a little too? possiblyProud Member of the Lose Weight Thread on I Wanna..................

Hugs to you Victory and well done for going to the doc. It's so easy to put your head in the sand in circumstances like these. It will turn out to be nothing at all but checking it out will put your mind at rest. Love from Granny0

Thanks granny,suggs:D
MIL is 1 hour away now:eek: :rotfl: :rotfl:
I am not going to lie to you all, I thought a few months ago something was not quite right but never had the courage to look for the lump, last night I did so it was no surprise what I found although I was so hoping nothing would be there, I just hope it is not something else to add to my list of illnesses:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
I contacted my mum in Spain and she is demanding I go private and get seen immediately but will wait for the appointment to come through, that is the hardest thing the wait, however many people say it is going to be alright, everyone also knows a lump is not supposed to be there, H is being fantastic so it is all good:D hey and the worry will make me eat less, expect a loss next week:rotfl:
suggs if you are happy with the gain then :j :j :j :j :j

victory, I'm really sorry to hear your news, and glad you found he courage to get it checked now. We'll be here to support what ever. I have had several friends in the last year who have had lumps checked and they've been fine - but the wait is going to be hard and I understand why you are afraid. You'd think having 2 major conditions should make you immune to anything else!
Suggs - well done for getting your head round the gain:T
Donna - big welcome - some good advice from bails. Do keep posting for max support. And don't be afraid that it has got to be either very skinny or very overweight - a happy medium is fine - I've settle for a curvy size 14 coz that suits me both in terms of what I enjoy eating and feeing I look good. Everyone on here has different goals and we support each other in our individual eating plans and aspirations.
Just had a little trip into town and come back withthe most expensive  shoes I have ever bought:o . But I reckoned if I have to wear sensible shoes coz of my knees, I want a groovy pair. I'm too embarrassed to say what colour they are, but you can probably guess...I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -
Glad you found the courage to go victory, thats probably the hardest part. It could be a number of things, no need to presume the worst just yet. My mother gets alot of cysts in her breasts, is it quite sore?
I dont have work tomorrow! woooo. Very pleased.
Suggs: the scale goes Fail, 3rd (rubbish) 2.2 (alright) 2.1 (what everyone wants) and a 1st (amazing) So far ive got a 2.2 and a 2.1.
Beanielou: The smell from the candles is what i like. Normally you cant smell them untill you blow them out but you can smell these before they light. I wanna tell everyone about them, but i wanna buy some for friends and family first. Make myself look all cool and considerate
Katie: Marry that man at college quick
I think im having sausage and chips tonightim getting un motivated again. Im going dancing though so maybe im let off!
I hope you all have a good weekend! x0 -

Hey victory sorry to hear of the lump, I hope all goes well! I will certainly be praying for you! Don't worry i am told that most cases amount to nothing, at least you are checking it out sooner rather than later!
All the best!
Hey to everyone else as well, hope you are all good, I am well, went to see the nurse today, re: my weight loss apparently you should consult a medical practioner when losing weight, she told me everything I already know and gave me a BHF booklet 'so you want to lose weight...for good'.
I am trying to prepare for my eat out weekend, with thai on saturday and italian on sunday, i hope i don't indulge too much. In any event I will weigh in before then on Saturday afternoon, same place, my good ole friend the boots weigh machine.
Have a good weekend all, and speak to you soon!!
Take care

I won't be around from Saturday afternoon to Tuesday evening. Mr GN and I are off to a spa. :j :j :j Booked it this time last year in order to get a discount (a bit MSE) so it is just luck that it's happening just after Ofsted. Bl88dy good luck actually.
So when I come back on Tuesday I'll go through the thousands of new posts to see all the WIs. If you could possibly highlight any WI in a different colour, or size or bold it I will be slighlty less likely to miss it.
The spa will do no good at all to my weight  ... super food and plenty of it, not carrot sticks and designer water. So I'll need to take advantage of all the exercise possibilites, unless I can talk myself out of it. I'm good at that.:o0 -

What colour beanielou?:rotfl: All together now...purple:D Luverly jubberly dark purple suede. I promise you, I don't really live in purple land. It's just my black (of which I own nothing in that 'colour') Enclosed (rounded)toe and heel - didn't want to be slopping around heeless while I'm still using sticks. Gorgeous buckle on wide strap across ankle that secretly disguises the velcrow fastening. Very comfy 1/2 inch molded heal that cleverly doesn't make me look 95. Pretty. Can't find an online picture though. Obscenely expensive, from a 'don't come in here unless you've got dosh' shop but as bails so kindly pointed out, I'm worth it(and I left salivating over a pair red suede trainer type shoe...) I :heart2: coloured suede shoes.
Have a great time granny - you've earnt that break - how great to have ofstead out the way before and not after your half term break.
Off to OH family bash tomorrow lunchtime but already pre-ordered from menu when I was in sensible mode so that will be fine. Otherwise a quiet weekend planned.I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0
