Oh BB, that is so wonderful to hear! I am so happy for you! And nothing less than you deserve xx
Happy Birthday Bargain Babe, hope you have a lovely day! WL is for tomorrow, you enjoy yourself.
I have been so pleased to read about all the fantastic results, what a brilliant week!
I have to dash - well, it is Valentine's Day and OH just got back - but I wanted to say, great result GN, well done (attendance is a common one so no worries there). Beanie, really happy for you, please do stick around; and Marion too, you are on a roll! Poohbear, I'd love to hear about your new strategies if you feel like PMing me. Starlight, I'm glad the clouds have lifted and Pet I hope you feel better soon. Delly, wise words about other people's negativity, and I'm glad your in laws were pleased with all your hard work.
Sorry, I wish I had more time to 'speak' to everyone properly, I'm away this weekend (hopefully camping) but I'll be back on board properly next week, especially as it's half term!
Things have been pretty tough this end and I will be looking to readjust things from next week - with the support of this thread I know that's possible and just knowing that you're all here is such a boost, so thankyou xxxThe 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000

lo everyone - hope you are having a nice day! For the first time in 4 years OH produced a card at breakfast which is staggering! And bless, he had bought me a poetry book with 'roses' in the title. (The other word is 'blood' but it is a chronology of historical poems so it's okay) v staggered. I'm off working tonight so I've left him a pack of shortbread and some waitrose sausage rolls for his romantic meal by himself.
efrieze, you did so well to actually lose whilst on holiday, don't beat yourself up yet! Your system's gonna be all over the place, just stay good and I'm sure you'll be fine next week. Victory, so sorry to hear about the dementor visit - every time she starts, look at the roses and think about the scrabble and sh'll think you are smiling at her . . . . .
Cazz, v impressed at your restraint - i find it all too easy to go crazy whilst eating out, you did really well. What film did you see? And yay! for BB and Vix, two great ( if very different) results. Vix, do not start going down that road of examining high and low, you got a 2:2 and that is great!
Just something i was thinking about hte other day. . . I do SW and if I stick to it like glue, it workd spectacularly - and it is flexible enough that i should be able to ( bad KPC and all that). But if I have a couple of offdays, even if they aren't really bad days, I end up with a disproportionately large gain. Does anyone else find this?0 -

Sorry beanie. I've probably missed out more than that.. Tuesday was a sort of shell shocked day altogether in Grannyland. I've put your -2 in for last week, total loss now back to 33lb. I'm going back to re-check Tuesday's posts now and see if I've missed out anyone else.

Thanks so much for all your lovely wishes, guys. I have had a good day, most presents were of the non-edible variety, until my mum, who isn't much help when I am trying to lose weight, bought me Thorntons (and I cannot resist!). I will share them with my family and then they can go a.s.a.p. so I can get the temptation out of my way!
Thanks Granny for the chart again. If you don't have something nice to say don't bother saying anything at all.0 -

all gone beanie - as soon as my lovely jubbly consultant had her first grimace of outrage, the anxiety about the other one went. I don't care about her and what happened any more.
Thanks for all you kind words peeps. As ever, you wonderful support really helps.
