Thanks vix . I have to admit, my one trip to Debenhams bra fitting service here was appalling and it was not long after they opened up in my home town. I agree that M&S selection is horrendous but the reason why I keep going back is because although they're ugly and not great size wise, I've yet to be sold wrong. You've persuaded me to give D's another go.Goal for 09: Get fit and foxy. target weight 11st. 5/80.Get out of dead end job and work for career I always wanted.0

Good morning all! Just reporting in with my WI this week. I've lost 0.4 lbs, and although it's only a little I'm really pleased as it's deff my TOTM this week. Feel chuffed to have bloated up and still heading in the right direction.
I think I'm setting myself up for a fall thou, cos I'm expecting a big loss next week when I'm done with the monthlies!
The yoga and meditation has been working a treat, I've felt so positive in the last week, and have been sleeping much better. I've only had 4 hours sleep last night but feel wide awake & much more refreshed than somedays when I have 8 hours sleep.I love the yoga DVD (even thou the woman is annoying) as it's gentle, and before you know it you've done 45 minutes of exercise!
Gunna get some brekkie down my neck and scooch of to work now. :hello:Hope everyone has a good day.

Morning:D the sun is blazing, life is good, lifts your spirits a bit of sun:D , no work for me today so loads of house work, a walk I reckon in this lovely weather and some paper work should make for a fab day.
Hope you all have a great day;)0 -
Morning all, hope everyone's well and full of renewed enthusiasm for the week!
I had a good weekend and got off to a good start exercise-wise, did a 3 hour bike ride yesterday with my beloved and soaked up the spring sunshine before coming home for a lovely Sunday dinner. I'm currently thinking of ways to add a little extra exercise into my day without it seeming like much effort (walking in my lunch hour type-thing).
Anyway, hope you all have a great day xxx0 -

I know not every debenhams is going to be good, the fact that it was new open may suggest that the person who fitted you was quite novice at it. Im sure ive got it wrong in the early days, and i probably still make some silly errors now. But were only human!
Im off to the in law this morning. Not looking forward to it because its one of those occasions that you have to try and think of conversations before you go. Quite bad between a mother and son but i guess thats why hes living with me and not her!
Hope you all have a good day. My boyfriend has work at 2 so i shall be doing some serious brighton research! heh. See ya guys!0 -
Weigh in for this week: 1.25lb loss.
I have changed my weigh in to mornings instead of noon, so it's probably a little lighter than it would normally have been today, which is good news on the maintain front I think. I was getting fed up with stripping off in the middle of the day every week
I've also passed my first £1k in reducing my overall spend by £5k this year which is well ahead of schedule
Raphael, well done on your loss today too! I went back through my weight loss weekly stats recently and tried to see whether there were any patterns with TOTM such as smaller losses that week and bigger ones the week after, but there didn't seem to be anything to suggest it played much of a part. Like you, I definitely feel more bloated at those times though
Cazzdevil, sounds like a great day yesterday! (ps: I want to do my kitchen next year too)
Good luck to everyone weighing in this week!0 -
okay another 2 pounds on for me this week *sigh*, which means a current total loss of 25 pounds and a gain for the month so far of 4.5 pounds.
I am not very unhappy about this as 2 days ago when I was still taking the medication I was another 3 pounds heavier! I am hoping that I will have a good week and get back below 21 stone this week!Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

Wow Dragon - 25lbs loss so far, that's brilliant!! :T A couple of small blips are not uncommon I'd think, especially when you've done so well so far, keep up the good work0
