Well, as I found 15p yesterday I'm definitely joining in, I will find (another)piggy bank/whatever to put all my finds in, and not touch it for a year. A few weeks ago my mate found £20 in two ten pound notes on the ground, she gave me £10, but it's in my "do not open till full" poundland tin! And I spent the 15p on my "payment a day" credit card today, BUT now I shall keep my eyes peeled to the ground and see how much I can find. Good job I'm not proud...................................KEEP CALM AND keep taking the tablets :cool2:0

Morning all,
Quick update just under the £38 mark so far, and as I'm opening mine on 31st March 2008, I still have about 5 months to go, it's amazing the amount of people who are too lazy to take their shopping trollies back to get the pound out, I've "found" about £5 this way alone. Their loss, my gain

I found a fiver a few weeks ago, but spent it pretty quick!
Will keep a look out for lost coins from now on, they'll be much more use in my savings account than lying on the floor. Will keep track on how much I find and save - it will only get spent if I keep it in a money box at home so it'll be safer in the bank!
I think I am going to be making a lot of 1p bank deposits in the near future:rotfl:Cutting my bills down to size and saving money :jSo far I have reduced my outgoings/increased my savings account balance by: £16.80 a monthLots more bill-slashing in progress0 -
wouldnt that be fun...everytime you go near your bank..deposit a 1p..the cost of it would do them in surely..the time spent and paper processing would really pi55 them off...:DTO FINISH LAST, FIRST YOU HAVE TO FINISH....0
