    only 3p in December

I only started doing this properly in July - the rest of the year it went in with some other money.

Still getting a bit but it's becoming harder to find - I'm starting again as of yesterday and will keep a running total all year - good luck and eyes down everyone!!

    In 2008, I picked up £25.41 & 2007 it was £17.30.
I already have £1.54 in my pot for 2009, 25p of that just from yesterday.

I find quite a lot of money on buses and also in pubs.
I'm amazed at how many people drop money and can't be bothered to pick it up.

I used to do that at college, often after picking up odds and ends I'd have enough to get my lunch! Which was just as well really as I couldnt afford to get my own at the time!

I think people are getting more money concious - having said that I did pretty well in Sainsburys the other day - well about 10p in total but better than nothing. I'm going to keep track again this year.
