I second the tip about looking down when in pubs/clubs, especially near the bar. I always pretend to drop something and then have a right good ol' rummage. Nearly always coppers but some £1 coins there too..... so if you see a girl in Leeds on her hands and knees squinting and rummaging, say hi cos it'll probably be me!!

I was at the cashline today and thought i would have a good old squint about to see if there was any cash around......... i found 5p.

That's £1.06 so far this year.....

Is anyone saving their money in a pot? Or just keeping track mentally?

walking back from the corner shop on sunday and found a £20 note found a pound in a trolley at morrisons, my mom found 2 £10 notes in december, so in less then a month between me and my mom we have found £41 :T

Whooo, this challenge has my name written all over it. Been picking up anything I can find but it does get quite embarising to pick up coins in busy areas but that's when you have to tell yourself to just bend down and get it.... they probably do not know you anyway!

I found 3p just sitting innocently on front of fruit machine in pub last night, obviously swiped it! Bf walk past it saying it wasn't worth picking up!!!:rolleyes:

Other than that, not too much luck so far this month, everyone must be keeping tight hold of their money?
