You should try the daily plate tracker on www_livestrong_com

The site is supported by the Lance Armstrong foundation so it's unlikely to just disappear :)

    Good call!
I used www.livestrong.com "Daily Plate" whilst watching what I ate last year. I lost 7lb in 5 weeks. It's a fantastic site and has thousands of foods already listed on their database, plus loads of fitness/exercise activities. You can also join groups which have daily calorie goals. Highly recommended
:T*Thanks to all who posts comps * :j
  • Excellent! Thank you.

Finally a food log that helps with everything....not just weight loss. Woo Hoo!:T
  • I find the free calorie counter at fit and trim pretty useful - can look up calories in different types of food and then do your own spreadsheet of what you're easting. they've also got recommended calorie intake tables.

  • This site is incredible for a freebie. i am just waiting for the other boot to drop, when they ask me for money to continue. If they continue free it is the best thing since sliced Nimble!... ;O } :money: :T
