this is fab, have only just seen this post, have signed up, very easy to do and doesnt take alot of time + gives you a lot of options with drinks,food,etc.
Also was amazed to find that tea with whole mlik only has two more calories than green tea! Yay i get my yummy tea back! Lol i know gaining a whole 2 calories there but ohh it tastes sooo much better! thankyou OP0 -

Good find, I wouldn't mind losing a small amount maybe, 5-6 pounds. Need to tighten my abs, but I think the only way is to cut calories now.0

What a shame this is down I have been trying to find a good calorie counter book but reviews on Amazon for the likes of Collins Little Gem are not good.

brilliant just signed up. thanks as had been looking for one which was free. I had used on previously that you paid for and it definitely helped to be able to track.0
