Thanks for this, OP, it's exactly what I need to try and shift 2 stone. I've got it as my home page so as soon as I log on to the internet, it reminds me to complete it. Fingers crossed!
p.s. whoever was looking for cheap and easy recipes, check out:
www.1click2cook.co.uk
It costs something daft like £12 for a year's subscription and they send you recipes every week according to your dietary needs and likes/dislikes. The recipes are super simple to follow.the questioning eskimo

I've only just found it and it looks really good. Takes all the hassle out of checking what I'm eating. Hoping it will help me to lose weight - finally.

What a brilliant site. So easy to use and really good way to motivate yourself and set goals. It's also a great tool to pat yourself on the back when you do well. Thank you! :cheesy:0

I have just started using it, along with my "food diary" blog I set up today. Looks like a good site for people who want to lose some weight and get trim.0

I just had a look at this site, but I'm not impressed - they seem to work on your BMI which I just don't trust since it's about numbers rather than muscle / fat / bone ratio. I have used www.thedailyplate.com for some time - others on there have had more success than me, but I'm not too dedicated at the moment. It's mostly Americans but there are UKers and others. It counts all aspects of food for you, does a breakdown of your protein / carb / fat intake in a pie chart and has lively forums.
No connection to the site, but just thought I'd spread the info!0 -
This is a great site for brits., but if they start charging I will go back to 'spark people', its american but you can follow exercise videos, track everything make recipes up, add foods frm product labels etc, and its permanently free, but I do like this site so I hope it stays as it is.0
