Thought this might help for anyone trying to shift some weight after Christmas and/or for those New Year Resolutions. :)

    brilliant site! i've just spent about 2 hours transferring all my info from the last week as i'd started a food diary myself (but hadn't bothered with calories - too much like hard work!). shows everything really clearly. thanks :)
