He's only been there 2 terms, but I know all the parents in his year to say hello to, although I only know a couple very well (children my son plays with outside school). They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0 -
there's a place about half an hour's drive away from here that runs 'boot camp' parties, i dread to think what other parents would say to that :rotfl: kids have to be 10 i think, or 11. 11 year olds can also play paintball if they are in year 7 (so they don't miss out on parties where their class mates turn 12). bootcamp includes shooting, wearing combat clothes, riding in an army jeep, assualt course, quad bikes etc. and sounds like fun.
it's £20 each (bring your own food) though, and a minimum of ten kids  not very MSE. my son wanted one last year but i said no, i'm so mean!
at the time i thought that other parents would be horrified at the thought :rotfl:'bad mothers club' member 13
